Shoe shopping, especially for running shoes, can be difficult. Lucky for me I found “Lucky Foot”, a specialty shoe store in our town. The store was well organized and the selection of shoes was great. But what made this a W.O.W. experience was the excellent service. I had the most incredible associate assisting me. She took the time to find out about me, what I was looking for and how I planned to use the shoes (i.e. running, walking, casual wear). I must have tried on a zillion pair of shoes as we worked our way through finding just the right pair for me. She was knowledgeable, pleasant and asked a lot of questions to make sure I got the right fit and the right shoe, always with a smile.
She made it all about me. Creating Customer W.O.W. is more than just filling an order, answering a question or efficiently processing a transaction. It’s about making the customer feel that it’s all about them. Great job Lucky Foot. You are the W.O.W.
