Plenti of Hassle

A few months ago I signed up for a Plenti card when I made a purchase at a participatingcards store.  All I had to do is go to the website and activate it.  I rushed home, went to the website and instead of activating the card I had, I ended up signing up for a new card.  I couldn’t activate the old card because my email was on the new card.  I emailed the provider to explain the duplication and they said I had to call their center.  Really?  Never mind.  It was too hard to figure out how to use the points anyways.  Turns out it was just “Plenti” of hassle.
