I had dinner at the CinCin in Winston Salem this evening and everything was just W.O.W. I got seated quickly, my server Tim took my order, checked on me a few times, and made sure everything was just right. The food was great too. (Their Elliot Ness Salad definitely rates a Yum.) From the time I stepped into the door to the moment I left, every aspect of their service made me feel like I was their most important customer. WOW!
On a busy Friday night, it’s not always easy for restaurants to get everything right so Tim deserves a shout-out for sure. What a great way to wrap up Customer Service Week!
