I took an UBER to the Greensboro Train Station today.  While in the car my husband called.  I told him that I couldn’t talk long because I left my phone charger and didn’t want to run my battery down before I arrived in Richmond.  When I got off the phone, my driver, Abdul asked me what kind of phone I had and I replied iPhone.  He then reached down to his phone charger and handed it to me and said “Please, take this with you.  You shouldn’t travel without a phone.”   WOW!!!!!!

At first I told him I couldn’t accept it but he insisted.  So I took the charger and thanked him a zillion times.  Thanks Abdul for a customer experience I soon won’t forget.  You saved the day!
