Being a novice to the web and blog world, it’s not infrequent that I need to ask fo help.  Lucky for me I signed up my web hosting with GoDaddy.   Each time I’ve called I’ve reached a knowledgeable and friendly representative who was able to steer me in the right direction.   Just recently I got a call from them indicating  that I had bought a web builder product several months ago and had never used it.  They wanted to know if I still wanted it and if not, they would cancel the product and put a refund on my account.  Nice huh?  It must be they only hire folks that meet a strict qualification guideline  . . . they have to care about their customers!   Thanks GoDaddy for being WOW!
